A: Max Combined weight limit is 75lbs, up to 2 pets per home. No aggressive breeds permitted. Excluded dog breeds include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Persa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian proving breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Forty years ago Joost Zyderveld radically changed the course of the company he founded. Moving from the oil business into real estate, ZOM embarked on a new path of discovery.
